Clutter

Free the mind of clutter.  Some seek meditation in an attempt to ease pain, suffering.  Others seek meditation seeking spiritual meaning.  Others seek meditation as a form of therapy.  Seek meditation.  Ten minutes a day.  Be there.  Simply be.

Look Deeply

Practice Mindfulness.  When walking pause.  Do not look.  Look deeply.  Contemplate.  Breathe.  Savor the moment.

Radiant light in a dark night

In the stillness of a dark night light shines. In the same way, adversity sprouts hope. When facing life’s trials, the loss of a loved one, a terminal illness, or even a minor setback, seek the light. Meditation may present a different perspective or simply distance the pain. Empty the mind. Embrace the light.

En la calma de una noche oscura brilla la luz.  De la misma manera la adversidad brota esperanza. Cuando afrontamos las pruebas de la vida, la pérdida de un ser querido, una enfermedad terminal, o hasta un contratiempo menor, busca la luz.  La meditación puede traer una perspectiva diferente o simplemente crea distancia ante el dolor.  Vacía la mente.  Abraza la luz.
